Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Plano/Frisco

This is the worlds worst hotel! It is literally a dump! It is pet friendly, which is great but the carpets are completely stained with pet waste. The least they can do is clean them! It smells really bad too! The topper was when I went to use the bathroom there was poop on the toilet seat. Ummmmmm, good bye! Seriously disgusting. Buyer beware!

I was traveling on a business trip in DFW. I decided to booked a stay at the Hotel. From the moment I entered the Hotel I felt like Royalty. The manager Miko addressed me with such kindness and respect. Very attentive to my needs and wants. She was a true delight.. Needless to say, my entire stay was fantastic. Next time I'm in town, I will be staying at the Marriott ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive: "" Negative: There was a nasty smell much like a messed up drain or something. You could smell it in the hallways too. Although the bathroom was spotless but it stunk really bad. Especially the commode. When we asked the staff to come fix it, he outrightly denied.

The property is clean and well-maintained, with a tidy, functional vibe. The indoor pool is on the smaller side, better suited for kids than serious swimmers. Rooms are standard, but the desk chairs are a letdown—stiff, non-rolling, and not ideal for long work sessions. Total disaster. Made reservation for 5 nights for a Co worker. Because of THEIR errors, they didn't modify the name or do what they were supposed to do. A very long story short, they canceled the reservation completely (while the area was sold out) because of an error on their end! Zach, the rude and incompetent GM said it isn't his problem and refused to help us solve the problem. He sounded and acted like he just graduated HS and has no business/ customer service skills. He couldn't answer the question as to WHY we weren't told about the cancelation. He literally said "you'll have to figure it out because we are sold out." I have stayed there in the past and had 4 reservations for 5 nights in the next 2 months for co-workers. They just lost my business, completely. But obviously Zach doe
