I was in town visiting my mother as I am in the process of moving and we picked this location because it was newer, had good reviews, and had a kitchen making for an extended stay more enjoyable.||My mother has mobility issues and we requested a mobility room for my mother when she was staying with me to have ease moving around. Upon check-in, I confirmed it was a mobility-accessible room and was told, "I see your request for a mobility-accessible room, it says you were assigned one, but if it is not, please let me know"|Shouldn't employees know room types and their rate codes in order to assist guests with special needs? The answer should be yes but that isn't always the case.|The room was on the 1st floor, also requested, but the room was clearly not mobility-accessible (please see pictu

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast was good, but not lots and lots of choices. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, a meat, waffles. No potatoes or fruit. Coffee and juice. Bagels, bread, a pastry or two. Free, and we could get enough to eat. I added salsa (supplied) to eggs, no grated cheese. Maybe that’s not a thing in Texas? I’d stay here again when I return to the north Dallas area. Nice having a kitchen in room. Five stars. Free parking.

Our hockey team stayed here for a tournament. The service was better than any hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we do this several times a month for games. Anna made sure we were all comfortable, and the way she smiled at our kids melted this mamas heart. James at the bar was super attentive and made sure we all were having the best time. Everything was SUPER clean and new feeling. Hands down, best group hotel experience we’ve had!

Positive: The room had a full kitchen area and was quite spacious for being a studio! The bed was clean and comfortable and the lighting options were great. Negative: The man who checked us in took entirely too long. We were kept by the counter for more than 5 minutes waiting for our key card. When we went up to floor 4, we found our keys didn’t work and had to return to the counter.

What to give the location is completely dependent on where you're going or where you want to be. It worked fine for me. Service was fine. The hotel room itself was okay, nothing special. The room did not have an opaque curtain or drape, covering the window, so that's a negative. The TV was in a funny location. but it was clean and relatively well maintained. Adequate for my purpose, and the price was right. YMMV.
