La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Plano West

We recently stayed there with 50+ girls from our high school because we were attending a local conference. The manager, Sarah, was so accommodating and assisted us with a request we had. The place was clean and safe and the hotel was also able to feed everyone at breakfast! I would definitely stay again.

Pleased to be near the highway and local shopping. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The room could have used a more detailed cleaning. The elevators are long overdue for a refresh. Plenty of parking was always available as there were multiple points of entry to the hotel. The free breakfast offered make your own waffles. I loved the vibe of the sunlit breakfast area.

I stayed at this La Quinta in the Plano area due to hospital work during the recent ice storm. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and most of the staff were wonderful. However, I did want to share feedback about one interaction at the front desk. After already staying several nights, I opted to book an additional night and had made the reservation in person. Prior to heading into my fourth night shift, I called the front desk with a few quick questions and to possibly handle payment over the phone, as I work nights and was trying to take care of things efficiently. The staff member I spoke with, Katie, came across as rushed and dismissive. We absolutely had the best experience at the La Quinta in Plano Texas. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Our room and the whole hotel was very clean, very well kept up and was in a good neighborhood. The staff was great, especially Ashok at the front desk. (Very nice, helpful man.) They had a nice continental breakfast with a variety of items to pick from.Totally felt safe. The room rate was very reasonable. We had our little dog with us so we had to pay a small pet fee but that was okay because I was thankful and appreciated the fact that we could have her. Would totally recommend this location.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The clerk kept.. whispering like he was telling me a secret.. appeared to be on drugs..Not professional behavior.Scary.
