Comfort Suites Plano East - Richardson

It's a wonderful hotel to stay.. All staff wonderful. I referred to this place for everyones. This hotels have atm machines , ice cream shops,and chips shop.. That 2 girls are very helpful and listening everything very nicely...

#1 The price of this hotel is very affordable, and the staff were willing to go beyond the expected service of Choice Hotels, which is always very good. We were running late, so we didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled terrific as we walked down the hall towards the dining area and the front desk.

Love this hotel! Me and my fiancé stay here everytime we in town ! The lady at the front desk is very nice , and always accommodate our needs!! We always enjoy ourselves, especially with the wine !!!

The Comfort Suites in Plano has an impressive building with a lot of space and a great overall layout. One thing I really enjoyed was the bar and lounge area, which makes it easy to sit back and relax. I was told by the front desk staff that this property was previously a Best Western and has since been converted into a Comfort Suites. You can definitely see the potential here. With the ongoing transition and rebranding, some areas felt a bit disorganized, but that’s understandable during a revamp. The rooms themselves were nice, quiet, and clean, and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I’m looking forward to seeing how this hotel turns out once the transition is fully complete, as it has the potential to b
