WoodSpring Suites Palmdale - Lancaster

I've been in this hotel for a week now, and it almost feels like home! I absolutely love the fact that there's a small kitchen with a full sized fridge and small electric burner that we can cook on! Beds are clean and suuuuper soft! One thing I don't particularly like is there is no free complimentary coffee in the very small lobby, you have to pay for it which sucks but oh well. There's also no dining area to get breakfast or food either. There's a tiny Laundromat which is cool, but it's $3 for both washers and dryers- Front desk staff are really nice and help you if you have questions. I'd say my experience is a 9 out of 10, docking one point for making you pay for a cup of coffee instead of it being free. Location is great since it's a short walk to Walmart and other stores!

Very reasonably priced accommodations, but it is definitely a strip model. You get 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, no hand towels, no coffeemaker, no facial tissue. You have to rent the dishes and cookware for the kitchenette but it is available. It was very clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. The clientele was definitely a blend so if that bothers you, stay elsewhere. No pool, but a nice fitness area. Very close to restaurants and AV Mall. Oh, and they have a new manager that seems very classy and will probably help turn around some past issues

Alton is a great manager. The hotel is directly across from a big shopping center and behind the Mall. EV charging stations and a dog potty area. This hotel also has security entry, vending machines, refrigerators in each room, stove and is very clean.

Never staying here again. Me and my fiancé are taking one night to celebrate our 10 year anniversary so we had a little extra money for a room for the night and to go out. Upon check-in we paid $207. Later when I checked my bank they had taken $300 from my account. When I go down to ask the front desk about it he said they don’t know what’s going on it’s happened to 3 other guests already and they won’t put it back on my card till after checkout. So we pretty much wasted our time and money staying here ruined our anniversary night. So I will not be coming back any time soon.
