Hampton Inn & Suites Palmdale

Very good location, is close to a tons of restaurants and shopping centers. The room is very spacious and clean. Even if I face the highway the room is very quiet. The television is modern, fast, big and responsive. Beautiful stay!

Seems like a decent place for a quick stop or an extended stay. I was in and out for just a very short time, but nevertheless, I was able to get some rest.|| I would like to give a special shout out to Brooke for being so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, informed me of all of the hotels, policies and procedures, and was able to give me a room that took care of about my needs. I would really appreciate it she gets recognized for her service. ||There are various eateries, convenience, stores, and shops in the vicinity for those who want to enjoy the surrounding areas.||It was pretty quiet for the most part and that’s always good so I can get some rest.

When you enter the front door of the hotel it smells like rotten dirty diapers. It’s really bad! Once you get upstairs the smell is gone, but it is nauseating. We’ve stayed here many times, but the smell if not remediated will keep my family away. We had a room with a couch pullout, but no bedding bag was found in the room. It was late when we got in and we had to go downstairs to get the necessary bedding from the front desk. The only good thing was the breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was awesome at keeping everything stocked and fresh while cleaning.

Our original reservation was for 3 days, but we had to stay 8 days for a car repair! The staff and Kiki the manager were wonderful, always making sure we had everything we needed. I was surprised that the Palmdale Hampton is walking distance to plenty of food and businesses. The World Series was playing during our stay, L.A. vs Toronto, and Kiki brought in pizza for the guests on a game night. It was a pleasant stay, and we will return!
