Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Palmdale West

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Los Angeles. The hotel was very new and very nice! No issues whatsoever about cleanliness. The staff are super nice and always up for chatting with you about the area. There's not too much to do in the area and it's very HOT. But the staff made our stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are very kind and couldn't have been more nicer during our stay. Our room faced the highway, but we couldn't hear anything! Excellent stay.

Close proximity to the mall, but wouldn't recommend walking there. A nice facility with really nice and welcoming staff. Standard breakfast fair, nothing exciting. They have approximately 12 electric vehicle chargers, but half are allocated to handicap spots, which severly limits the chargers that are usually available.

Noise: We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it- IF, and only IF our room is placed on the north east side away from the freeway. The hotel is directly next to a busy freeway and it’s quite loud. Then A/C fans inside the units are quite loud as well but tolerable with ear plugs. My door wouldn’t lock so that seemed odd. We were able to change rooms. Benefits: They have free electric car charging stations. We used them and they were faster than we expected. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The units are clean. Breakfast is complementary. Staff was helpful when moving me to another room due to freeway noise.

The beds are horrible. Super thin, I'm 240 and my butt hit the hard board below. The springs feel like they don't have any life in them left. The noise from the roads are loud. This hotel was built cheap and nit quiet, but looks nice. The service is nice. Just don't expect a quiet room or a real bed. Seriously. An air bed is better.

I was very pleased with the service.. very comfortable and nice staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jackie. Room very clean, nice beds comfortable just overall great service. I would love to stay here again while visiting Palmdale. Thanks you for the hospitality, Jackie💙👍
