It's crazy how I have reserved rooms before at this hotel. But yesterday for some reason this old lady she is a regular receptionist at the hotel. She was very rude, trying to rob me and my wife for almost 300$. I just couldn't believe how she was acting.!! I am never staying there again nor will I recommend anyone's else to either. She will throw insults and lie right in from of my face when she new dam well she had said something else before. Not only that she tried to overcharge my mother 100 more then what she had told me for the same room. She should get fired for how she was acting. She older slim lady the oldest one there.!

Take heed of the signage outside that says “park at your own risk”. (This was reiterated to me by the front desk manager.) Be very careful in & around the hotel with your belongings. My vehicle & belongings were stolen in the parking lot, and the staff were less than helpful. They have no cameras on the premises outside. Additionally, the cleaning services were not what you would expect of a Hilton.

Positive: The food is amazing and healthy too. Negative: The bed was too hard for me, but then again it could be great for others. My back is starting to go bad, so I have to have a special type of bed. It's not the hotels fault. My man had no complaints. The food was and is amazing.

We had a pleasant stay. I’m giving 4 stars because our shower wasn’t clean. I found men hair on the shower walls and it didn’t seem clean at all. However, the rest of the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, TV was awesome. ||I really liked their coffee and I also liked that they have been offering cleaner shower products with no harmful chemicals in them. I didn’t get to try their gym or pool but the gym looked very nice. Their mini kitchen area is exceptional! ||I would recommend housekeeping to really pay attention to detail in the bathrooms and to make sure that it is clean, other then that, they did an amazing job in regards to cleanliness in the rest of the room.

Due to the nature of my work, I typically have no idea where I'm going to stay the next night. After getting exhausted browsing Google Maps for hotels in the SoCal area, I found this hotel, booked it quickly, and went on about my day. I had never been to Palmdale, and honestly I probably (and hopefully) will never come back. But this hotel is great. It's clean, comfortable, the staff is super nice, there's *great* breakfast, a suitable gym, and solid laundry services. I wish every hotel I stayed in was as pleasant as this one. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
