What's with all the recent glowing reviews about the lovely personnel?|There's more to a hotel than nice staff:|The king room was OK, looks like a recent remodel. It's clean and the bed is comfortable. But sleeping is difficult with all the traffic noise outside due to lots of accelerating truck trattic, beeping trucks in reverse, and speeding motorcycles. You better put the AC/heater unit in a constant fan On mode and bring noise canceling ear plugs.||I'm not fond of the separate small bathroom containing the toilet/shower, with the sink out in the main bedroom area. I was very annoyed by the motion/ thermal sensor that turns on the bathroom light and loud fan when you enter the room at night. Talk about a rude awakening. There's no way to disable it unless you put duct tape over it.|The

Positive: "" Negative: My first assigned room made me feel ill because of lingering cigarette smell. My throat was sore and I got a headache. The front desk was very kind and supportive. I was assigned a different room.

Rooms have good beds, nice furniture, lighting, good heat/ac..the first room i took i heard a buzzing sound every 2mins that went on for 30secs. It was very noticeable and persistent. Had to change rooms. Service is bad, they have no qualms making life difficult for their patrons. The front desk guy wasn't at all nice when i was dealing with the sound issue. The online price was less than the price they quoted at front desk. In this case, the hotel usually matches it. But they asked me to book online instead. Its a waste of my time with no benefit for them. If they cared about customer service it wouldn't be this way.

From the second we got here LIZ made it all so great! She was sweet, friendly, and funny. Really glad to have met her. This hotel is great - We stayed several nights in a good spot. Even the breakfast folks for nice with plenty of coffee. We'll be back in 6 months and will be staying here again. Thank you!

Rooms smelled like dead mouse. No water pressure in shower. Manager is rude. This is IHG but privately owned. So when you complain to IHG they just forward your complaint to the manager you are complaining about. So it won't go anywhere. Don't stay here.
