To start off i showed up 2 hours after check in time and theres a number to call when guests show up after check in. No one answers the phone and i end up having to call customer service to contact a the general manager who has to call the desk clerk to come up to the front to check my girlfriend in almost 1 hour after i arrived. The desk clerk was very figity, nervous, and all over the place. My girlfriend and i were refused an ice tray or extra blankets. We get to our room and the beds have the tinyest pillows ever. The bathroom has leftover hairs in the toilet and shower. There was a ring of dirt around the shower and someone was ashing something in the toilet because there was leftover ashes in the toilet and some of it wouldnt come out when we cleaned the toilet. This was a DISASTER! I kid you not, these were thee most disrespectful place I’ve ever attempted to stay at. I booked this room in advance, went to check in and was told “it’ll be ready in 15 minutes we’re short a cleaning lady.” Went back in 30 minutes later & they SHUT THE WINDOW!! I called through the phone and was told it’d would take AN ADDITIONAL 40 minutes.. I called back & the front desk lady gave me an earful “how do expect me to clean your room when you keep calling and bugging me about it!? It’ll never will get clean.” I waited an additional 25 minutes only for the to cancel my reservation and they had my call fo to voicemail. Needless to say I will never attempt to stay here again. I went and used the bathroom one time, after that one time use the toilet would not flush anymore, the bed is very uncomfortable and it makes way to much noise!

Do not recommend at all. No one at the front desk. The light ("green") in the bathroom turns off every minute so you shower in the total dark and then take your life in your hands exiting the slippery bathtub. Then you have to mop the floor with your towel because it's soaked from you trying to keep the light on. Then you get to make multiple trips down to deal with the F- bad attitude invisible staff (no one works desk ever; you're on your own) to attempt to get clean towels, which are then filled with someone else's hair. If this is the future of hotels, we are all in trouble.

This stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a STRONG animal odor that made it unpleasant. The window blinds were chewed up and there was visible hair on the bathroom counter, shower, & toilet (photos attached). Nothing looked clean. I immediately asked to be moved to another room and was told none were available. I later requested a refund due to the condition and smell of the room, but management said they were unable to provide one. I was also informed that housekeeping services are only provided every 2 weeks, which was concerning given the condition of the room. I’m sharing this so future guests can make an informed decision.
