Regency Inn & Suites - Moreno Valley

The room reeked of marijuana, which I'm alergic to, blood stains on the carpet, a tissue shoved in the peep hole, chair so stained and filthy I wouldn't touch it much less sit in it, shower would definitely leave me dirtier than when getting into it. Woman yelling in her cell phone outside the room... Turned around and took keys back to the front desk. Very nice young man. I told him I could not stay there. He offered other possible solutions, like look at the room upstairs, it won't stink of pot. I just needed to leave. No way could I stay there. Nor should anyone stay there. Should be condemned.

My fiance and I have been staying here for 2 weeks and we are very happy, we decided to stay another 2-3 weeks while searching for a rental home. The hotel is managed by a husband and wife and they are very good at their job! The cleaning ladies are very kind and ask us every morning if we'd like anything. There's cable in the room with a good amount of channels compared to other hotels. They are pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along and the rooms are very tidy and clean. They have a drink vending machine that's well stocked and a ice machine downstairs. Inside the rooms they have a refrigerator and microwave. Horrible motel. Old, in disrepair. Carpeting looked like it was from the 70s. Pieces of baseboard missing. Heater/Air conditioner not functioning. Could raise the temperature setting but never lower it. 80° until we just turned it off. Empty pool/spa was the dirtiest I think I've ever seen. Questionable people hanging out. Noisy people and next door to a carwash. It was the cheapest room on a Saturday night and now I know why. And even being the cheapest, I feel I was grossly overcharged for what I got. Not even coffee in the morning. from? The manager? Owner? Laughed at me when I asked. Never again.

They are liars and straight crooks!! They said they were going to refund my booking but instead lied kept my monies and told the booking agency that it was a NO SHOW!! So they charged the account. For a room I NEVER stayed in. David is not very honest. Then he even blocked my cell phone from calling. How horrible is that. Times are hard for EVERYONE obviously if he feels the need to lie and take money from a customer when they never used the room being rented. This place should be shut down or open to the homeless. For them to have the audacity to charge what they charge and give the type of room you get and the nerve to have horrible customer service. Beyond disappointing. Furniture was broken and mismatched.
