We got there on NYE and obviously had plans that night, drove from LA area. Needed to shower and as soon as we got in the room went to the restroom and there was no hot water, immediately called they came up with a bunch of excuses how it would take a bit to fix. Went down to front desk and they didn’t want to give the refund, wouldn’t let us talk to the manager. Was telling us we could wait for morning and email the manager. That’s something that should’ve bee told to us before paying. After arguing we were finally able to get our money back. The rooms were nice but they were super unprofessional

Positive: Kitchen was nice and so was the tv Negative: Bathroom vent kept making high pitch noise when turned on. Big yellow chair in corner looked dirty. Towel quality was cheap and left itchy residue on skin after use.

I picked this location based off the reviews of previous guests stating how clean and affordable it was and also due to how close it was to family that I was visiting in the area. My stay was from Sat 12/27-Mon 12/29. Within 2-3hrs of checking into my room, I had to have the maintenance guy come and replace the network box on the tv because it was only playing the audio and not the visual of whatever I was trying to watch. Then about an hour or so later I was getting ready to get in the shower and I happened to see a roach come out of the corner of the shower frame (I have a video for proof). I called down to the desk and I explained the situation and requested for some type of compensation for the issues I had been experiencing. Jasmine was an amazing front desk attendant. Very sweet and was patient with me when I was booking my room . Rooms are very clean and well kept up with . Strong WiFi connection and has smart tv inside of the rooms . Has a beautiful outside pool area and the pool is clean . I will definitely be staying here again!!

The term "You get what you pay for" really holds true with this hotel. We decided to stay at this hotel cause it was the cheapest hotel by a good margin, and we were only going to be in the hotel for a few hours to sleep. We arrived at about midnight and found the parking lot with several people just hanging out in their cars. It just felt weird. I've stayed in many hotels for work and nothing like this. As for the room, the room was okay. Like the other comments, the bed was very firm. The room smelled like someone smoked in it before, and they tried to clean it. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner looked old and used.
