Comfort Inn & Suites Moreno Valley near March Air Reserve Base

Positive: I love the staff at this hotel especially Josh. They are extremely courteous and helpful. Plus the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good and hot. Negative: The pool and hot tub has never been open yet I have stayed here more than 8 different times.

I highly recommend NOT staying at this location. The rooms are okay but the tubs are so slippery I stepped forward to turn on the shower and slipped and cracked my head open on the bathroom counter resulting in 9 staples. Then when we asked for a manager so we could get the paperwork started for insurance he told us theirs nothing they could do with a rude dismissive attitude and tried lying about how many people were in the room. They also said we had to be out by 11:30 or they’d still charge for the room. All around awful staff and management do not recommend dealing with them.

I asked the front desk to take care of an issue Other guest smoking pot In the rooms And the front clerk stated that he couldn’t do anything about it. He then called the police and they came to my room and made me feel uncomfortable because he can’t handle the rules that The hotel has with regards to smoking in the rooms. This is very discouraging that I have to feel uncomfortable because other guests are not falling the rules the The front clerks desk name is Josh and he’s the one that called. The police did knock on my door because the issues I’m having with other guest smoking in a non-smoking area. This does not favor well with comfort Inn and their policies and this guy at the front desk says he’s been here for 12 years and he doesn’t care. Not acceptable

I stayed at this location in Moreno Valley and was disappointed with the overall experience, particularly during Saturday breakfast. The staff member named Erika, who was overseeing breakfast that morning, lacked professionalism and courtesy. Interactions felt dismissive, and the breakfast area was not managed attentively, with items slow to be replenished. Unfortunately, so far this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had plus there should be better management. Based on the service received, I would not recommend this location.

Breakfast was great. The room smelled like a dog and I did end up getting ring worm. Now I’m not saying I got it from the bed but laying in that bed was the only thing that touched my arm. My job consists of me wearing a long sleeve. I have stayed in other comfort inns and never had this issue. I also didn’t like the political comment that was said to me by the from desk person when I was in uniform.
