Hampton Inn & Suites Moreno Valley

It has been several years since my stay - I called and logged a complaint soon following my stay but it was left with no followup from Hilton. That said, in my experience, this place is a Super 8 with the name Hilton slapped on it. For background, I travel frequently and am a Hilton Diamond member. I was staying here long-term for government work. This place had a homeless guy sleeping in a stairwell next to my room. I told the front desk and they did nothing. Then, several days later, a noise complaint came about my area of the hotel (it was not me) and the front desk blamed ME - not the homeless guy - leading to me leaving the hotel and getting in trouble with my supervisor when the hotel called him. Their fire alarms went off 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night leading to the ent

Definitely one of nicer hotels in Moreno Valley. The staff are very professional and helpful. The facility is clean and breakfast is great.

Our room’s toilet did not flush. We let front desk know. They said that facilities had went home already. We had to leave for a wedding. We assumed it would be taken care of as that is a basic need. When we got back late night the toilet still did not work. Next morning we let them know again. They just apologized. Thankful that we only stayed here one night. If they did not have anyone on call to fix a toilet, then they should have moved us when we told them the first time. This is our first bad Hilton experience.

This is a reasonably priced hotel with the most amazing staff! The free breakfast is exactly what you would expect. The rooms are incredibly clean and the King room that I had was very spacious. The pool was the perfect temperature but is a little awkward because you have to go outside to enter which is pretty standard for hotels. The one suggestion I would make is make sure that your room does not overlook the pool. Screaming little kids all day and all night is not fun. But that is not the fault of the hotel it's just the location of my room lol. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance I recommend CAVA. If you are walking to any of the close by restaurants or Starbucks exit the back door and cut through the parking lots you'll thank me later.
