Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moreno Valley - Riverside by IHG

Easy 5 stars for this place. Friendly and welcoming staff with fast check-in process. Very clean and quiet room. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on. A/C or heater gets as cold or as warm as you need. The pool was clean and well maintained and a great spot to relax. With properties like this, IHG is quickly capturing my loyalty away from other chain hotels.

I've stayed at multiple IHG properties over the years, all across the country. This particular property ranks in the top 5 for me. Parking for my work truck is easy, Location is convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The greeting that I receive as I walk in the front door is warm and welcoming. Jazmin has greeted me most of the time when arrive and is always pleasant, smiling and even remembers my name even though I've only stayed here a few times. I'll be back when in the area.

Wonderful hotel. Super quiet. Very comfortable and clean. I loved the location too. The breakfast was crowded each morning of my stay but the staff did their best to keep it stocked. It was just down the street from just about anything you need. The parking lot also felt safe. Each staff member I encountered was very polite. Overall, no complaints. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

I would like to start by saying that your front desk attendant Jazmin is absolutely wonderful. I have visited this location on two different occasions and look forward to my next visit. I enjoy the atmosphere and the housekeepers are thoughtful, but the person that makes it the best is Jazmin at owning the front desk. She is always smiling and has amazing soft-skills. One of the cleanest hotels I stayed at. Great and warm services with kind staff. Nice and spacious with many food options within walking distance and a lot more within 5 minutes of driving. Quiet at night. Convenient location near the freeway. Good breakfast and coffee. Spacious and comfortable dining and sitting area.
