La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moreno Valley

I booked a 4 night stay and upon entering the room I immediately noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed or properly cleaned. There were approximately 5 to 6 hairs (Human private area) in the bedding, as well as a greenish/yellowish substance on the mattress beneath the sheet, which appeared to possibly be an insect egg. Regardless of the exact cause, these conditions are completely unacceptable for any guest. I was traveling with my 2 year old and 4 year old children and could not, under any circumstances, expose them to such unsanitary conditions. I returned to the front desk immediately after check-in (within approximately 5 minutes) to request a different room. When I'm down in MV for business, I usually stay at HIE. But they sort of lost my business last time where 2 different people entered my room which they got from the front desk thinking my room was vacant.||Found La Quanta Inn as it was much cheaper than the other hotels in the area and decided to take a chance.||It's a very quint hotel right besides a gas station. Staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. The towels and bed linen was super clean too. Their staff does a great job at keeping things nice and tidy.||Good value + good service + clean hotel = good experience. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the MV/Riverside area.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a soccer tournament. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was bc of the good reviews on the staff. They lived up to their good reviews. I was especially impressed with Paula~ she was very welcoming and personable, Joy~ she was always happy to help with any of our needs, and Rick~ he works maintenance and came back to the hotel after his hours of work to fix our toilet. This La Quinta was clean, had a good breakfast, and a smaller homey feel. But I was mostly impressed with the staff!

Positive: Breakfast was decent in the morning. Negative: Our room was not what I expected. Furniture was old and wood falling off. The couch was stained with a dark circle in the middle of the seat cushion, Tile floors are broken, Our sheets had hair in them, loud parties and slamming doors all night long.

The staff are caring and helpful. The breakfast was easy and simple. Eggs bacon bread and coffee. The towels were plush and the rooms clean. The furniture is a little funky but I just slept there and had my fun out on the town.
