I never leave reviews. But had to on this one. Walked in and was met by a small dog that wanted to devour me. But that was okay, I didnt pay it any mind. I then checked in and the smell was so bad after you walk through a door that has to be unlocked to even enter the Hotel. Which should have told me everything I needed to know. But also, ignored that…thinking I could manage for a few nights right? Wrong! As soon as I walked in, it looked like a summer camp lodge. Beds on cots and not on actual bed frames. I mean metal frames that are needed for short term use. The floors were dirty and creaky. The room smelled…I dont know, a pungent smell that wasnt pleasing. It looks like bed bugs also check in too, but never check out. But didnt see any bed bugs at all, but felt their vibes for sure. I

What was expected and what we got was not even close. Extended stay hotel with no pots or pans, no dishes, no utensils, no dish soap. No shampoo, no soap...lucky they provided toilet paper! The TV remote didn't work so they gave us another one that didn't work! No luggage cart! No ironing board or iron. No internet...we were on a business trip and needed internet access but were told it was "not working". Only 1 step above camping! The staff was friendly to us and the only silver lining. We booked for 5 nights but only stayed 1 night...that was enough.

Rooms were nice and clean. The mattress were a little on the old side, flat and could feel every spring. Made the week very long due to restless sleep. That was the main reason for the rating of 3. Check process was easy and painless, clerk at front desk was very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. She was an older lady, very nicely dressed and presentable. I wish I could remember her name because she deserve the recognition. We checked in on March 31st late afternoon early evening if that helps. [Review collected by TrustYou]

The hallways smell disgusting. People must be smoking cigs and weed in the room near by because it’s leeching into my room through the vents. It’s absolutely disgusting. The beds are not comfortable - very cheap. The bathroom smell is worse than the room. You have to pay for kitchen supplies AND linens! So either pay to wash your towels or pay to get more. I’ll never stay here again. Not kid friendly

From the start, my experience with this hotel was unusual. When I attempted to book online, the website indicated that the front office would be open until 10 PM. Since I was arriving closer to midnight, I called ahead, and the staff member assured me she would be able to check me in at any time. However, during that call—and again upon arrival—I was reminded no less than four times that check-out was strictly at 11 AM. While I fully understand and respect the policy, the repeated emphasis felt excessive. We arrived around 1:00 AM simply to get some rest before continuing our trip the next morning.
