Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas McKinney

I had a great stay at the Fairfield Marriott. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the hotel felt clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the water pressure was good, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because there were a couple of small areas that could use a bit more attention, but nothing major. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: The hotel itself was great. Clean, well-located, and helpful staff. Negative: The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with lumpy socks. Our family did not sleep at all during the 4 nights we were there. Recommend only if you don't care about getting any rest.

Very clean and front desk staff friendly and efficient. Taylor was especially helpful. Cleaning folks seem very nice but didn’t have service while there per our choice. Pillows aren’t great and bed not like home yet room is decent for sure. First room was accessibility room which we didn’t need. It had a tub that wouldn’t drain during shower use (broken diverted?) and the air was noisy when it turned on. We explained the issues and swapped rooms but were not given compensation. Using stairs instead of elevator was safe clean and well lit. Laundry availability a plus! Breakfast was fine. Plenty of parking and lot well lit. Sydney was nice too. We would consider again. As of this review, rooms were clean and modern. Did not feel rundown. Very new or recently updated. 4 EV chargers. Mine seemed to work no problem. Staff was friendly. Breakfast decent. Would stay again.

We were staying the night here after a long day of travel. The reception was welcoming and conversational. This hotel was very clean and we kept. The rooms was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We checked for bed bugs and found NONE!!! way to go. I will keep this on my radar for my next travel near Dallas.
