Excellent stay, and excellent experience with our hockey team. Welcoming. Inviting. Clean rooms. Lots of accommodations, and helpfulness as we packed several of our teams into this location. What a night and day experience from a recent stay elsewhere. Breakfast is good, the gym is even better. Lots of food and convenient locations nearby including easy access to the highway and other locations like gas. Coffee around the clock and very accommodating staff that is super super hockey kid friendly. We would certainly return.

I was here attending an event in downtown McKinney, which was convenient from the hotel and from the freeway to access other locations (though exiting the freeway to basically a parallel "freeway" took getting used to, but that's Texas for you).||Check-in was easy, though I did need to get a physical key card - I still have been having consistency issues using my phone as a digital key.||As an aside, the pool didn't look small like some other hotels that angled their pictures to make them look bigger. It's just that given the hours you can access it, I couldn't take advantage of it in the evening - when beating the Texas heat would have been really refreshing, but yeah, liability issues, etc.||Elevators are a little slow, but with so few floors, not that big of an issue.||Getting to my roo

Positive: "" Negative: The only issue was that there was a roach on the back of a towel in the bathroom on our first day. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Another exceptional stay with Hilton. Hamza truly went above and beyond by upgrading my room—without me even asking—and adding thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee. He even mentioned I had extra snacks waiting in the room, but I didn’t realize just how incredible the upgrade was until I saw it. The following morning, Alexis confirmed the surprise upgrade from the night before, which made the experience even more special. This kind of proactive, genuine service is exactly why Hilton continues to earn my loyalty. Absolutely top-tier hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was great until we came across the biggest roach I’ve ever seen in our room. We stayed on the first floor for three nights and saw one in the bathroom and another in the small kitchen area. It was really disappointing, especially for a Hilton property. The main floor was also very dark walking to our room, I felt like I needed to use my phone’s flashlight. They really need to do better.
