Sheraton McKinney Hotel

Positive: The room is nicely appointed and the staff was friendly. Negative: The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bed and a stain on one of the pillows. In the bathroom I had to wipe down the toilet seat and a towel was stained as well. Not up to Sheraton standards. I wouldn't stay here again.

I appreciate the time taken to follow up; however, I must be clear that the response provided does not sufficiently address the seriousness of the issues I experienced during my stay. The primary concern was not minor inconvenience, but a sanitation and maintenance failure—specifically, a bathroom sink that repeatedly backed up with visible hair, black particles, and standing water, along with inconsistent running water. This is unacceptable at any hotel, and especially so at a Sheraton property that is positioned as a four-star hotel. Additionally, despite reporting the issue promptly and requesting a room relocation due to my multi-night stay, no corrective action or relocation occurred. I remained in the same room for the en

My husband and I had some business in Texas and were tired of driving. We stopped at the Sheraton McKinney. Great choice! I was under the impression that they had a bar and served appetizers. It’s very nice but looked like that could be the case. Things are not always as they appear. What a nice surprise! The restaurant is in the bar area and the bartender will most likely take your order but don’t let that fool you. Check about their special of the day. The daily board said pork tenderloin with apple chutney and broccolini. Wasn’t sure about the rest but like pork tenderloin so decided to go with it. Smart choice! I travel frequently for work and recently made the decision to switch my loyalty from Hilton to Marriott. Overall, the transition has been positive, and I have not experienced any issues until this stay. I was informed that breakfast does not open until 7:00 a.m., which is later than what I typically encounter when traveling for business. Since I needed to leave at 7:00 a.m., I asked the receptionist the night before if it would be possible to quickly grab a few muffins around 6:45 a.m. I was told that it should not be a problem. We recently had our wedding here and reserved a room block, and the team was absolutely amazing, especially Kimberly! She was the best and made everything so smooth from start to finish.
