I’m making this post because I wanted to highlight two of your most amazing workers at this location. Mrs. Jennifer and Ms. Lee are the reasons why I continuously return here. They are so kind, sweet, very warm and welcoming. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to assist with whatever. They are very knowledgeable of what they do. The breakfast has been so good, hot, fresh and just so well put together here lately. Please continue to keep up the great work ladies. It is definitely appreciated!!!!

Positive: The location was great - close to where we wanted to go. The room layout was fantastic. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms - these each had a door so when someone was in the living area or the bathroom, people in the bedrooms were not disturbed. Negative: There was a dead roach & a spider in the bathroom (that I couldn't kill because it went into a hole in the wall in the corner). It needs some painting and/or some serious cleaning in the stove & refrigerator area and the bathroom. We were in room 201.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. A couple of things to know. We stayed in a studio suite on the fourth floor. The coffee maker cord was too short and had to be placed precariously in order to get it to work. The TV was unwatchable as there was a weird glare no matter how many lights were turned on or off and the contrast made it too dark. The water was way too hot I scolded myself twice. The breakfast is what you would expect for a complimentary continental breakfast. I did like the spinach and Swiss quiche I had it twice. Please note that this is also next to a fire station so take that into consideration for the noise level. Again the staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean

Stayed two nights for a wedding in a two bedroom suite. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room layout was very nice and exactly what we needed. However, that is when we started noticing issues. Other than the clean bedding and clean sheets (which we appreciate), the room was not clean / in good condition. The coffee maker still had coffee in it from the precious occupants. The dining table and chairs had food stains and crumbs every place there was a crack or crevice. The main lights for the two bedrooms and suite hall were either completely burned out or flickering on and off. The ceiling had something red smeared on it and there was a dirty pillow case on the floor beside a night stand. We did not receive fresh towels for the second night. The only reason this i

I travel a lot and have been to so many different hotels. This is definitely one of my favorites. The staff from front desk DeAnna to the house keeper, the breakfast cooks all hands down great experience! I will be back for sure! The treated my kids like family.
