SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas McKinney/Allen

Room was not clean. Lacked bathroom toiletries. Bed had hair and dirty linen. No room service was provided for 3 night stay. When called on 3rd day the excused saying there is no room service staff and he was alone so he took more than an hour to provide towels and napkins. They lacked proper towels and he had pool towel. This hotel needs to go through training, improve guest experience, room service and provide better service. Please avoid it!!!

Positive: Good breakfast. Negative: Ice tray was screwed to the tray it was sitting on. We had to take the whole thing in order to get ice. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. Cori and Alexis were amazing. Great staff in general. We are actually getting ready to move there and wanted to explore the area. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Pretty good breakfast options. Thank you for an enjoyable day and we look forward to coming back soon!

I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff prior to this. First, the staff messed up my reservation - we arrived, and they had already checked another guest into our room, on our credit card! OK, we will make do with one bed instead of two for the night. The next day, they offer to move us into a double room that has become available. Well, because housekeeping was leaving soon, they changed their minds after we packed up our belongings in preparation to change rooms. The manager was no help. "executive housekeeper" was the rudest human I have ever encountered, and lied about how long we said it would take to get our belongings together. What a terrible excuse for customer service this place is.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms and a very nice breakfast. Very quiet. Recommend higher number rooms as they are away from the freeway at one end. Towel rack in our room needs to be replaced. Low toilet needs to be changed out. But this is normal for hotels today. Great towels and sting shower. Will stay again!
