WoodSpring Suites Manassas Battlefield Park I-66

Been here for some time now, and the service that Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Amanda give is excellent! They are always smiling, ready to help, and answer all my questions I have. I stay here due to work purposes and would recommend this place to anyone! The great service I received when I first got here is the same great service I continue to receive from these two women!

Sandy was absolutely wonderful during my stay at the hotel. She was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every time I saw her, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at home.||She is attentive without being overbearing and truly cares about the guests’ comfort. I really appreciated how quickly she handled requests and how she always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.||Sandy’s kindness and professionalism made my experience so much better, and she’s a big reason why I would happily come back to this hotel. She deserves recognition for the amazing service she provides!

The cold water was out in my room.liked the scolding hot water for doing dishes and things though Could barely shower because the pressure so low in order to make the water cool enough. The one bed rooms are way too small so had to upgrade to a two bed one on arrival. The toilet paper was cheap and the beds and bed springs broken I think as well though was still a comfortable stay. The stove top was shorted out halfway at least though still managed to cook food with it. The ventilation was good enough though mint is not my desired perfume as far as rooms go. I don’t believe the more extended stay rates are appropriate even considering the location. Though the location is convenient though overpriced for more than a week or two is my understanding. All and all I enjoyed my stay though

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sandy during my stay, and she truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Sandy greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel welcome. She was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met.||What stood out the most was her attention to detail and her willingness to help with even the smallest requests. She provided excellent recommendations, answered all of my questions with patience, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a caring and personable attitude, but Sandy does it effortlessly.||She is a true asset to the hotel, and her outstanding service left a lasting impres

My stay was nothing less than great. From check in to the room I checked in. The elevator was down but the customer service from Ms. Sandy made up for it. i highly recommend.
