Residence Inn by Marriott Manassas Battlefield Park

My family & I truly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff & kitchen staff were professional, friendly & attentive. Big shout out to Maria & Sonia the kitchen staff; Chris, Tiffany, Amir & Gregory the front desk staff. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful & quickly replenished. The area was constantly being cleaned & restocked. The hotel room, lobby, breakfast area, pool, gym & grounds were immaculate. We were always greeted & staff took the time to speak with us & we felt welcomed & special. The location is great & close to lots of restaurants & activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel & it's staff.

This was my first time at a Residence Inn, and I have to say that it surpassed my expectations. We were very pleased with our hotel room. It was clean, fresh, modern - they provide nice little toiletries too. Breakfast was one of the best I've had so far. Fresh and ripe fruits, several types of eggs, and lots of other items - there was something for everyone. I came in on Thursday, but heard that from Monday - Wednesday, they have dessert nights :) Hotel staff was friendly - no complaints there. Hotel location is convenient - close to restaurants and shops, but on a quiet street. Overall, great experience - will pick Residence Inn again.

This Residence Inn is our go to here in Virginia. From the jump, it has been Outstanding each of the 3 times we have stayed within the past ten months. Such a lovely property, situated with easy access and a very welcoming team - you are happy as soon as you enter, ha. We take the 2 bedroom suite and adore the fireplace & quite cozy living room. The Battlefield art on the walls is beautiful! This hotel is Exceptionally clean, well appointed and I so appreciate the very lovely 4 star touches that the housekeeping teams add Every time. The kitchen linens are always folded into beautiful shapes, ditto with both of the bathrooms & you Do feel pampered! :)|My husband loves the wonderful hot breakfast and I am partial to their Rain Forest coffee. Stayed here for about 4 months in two different rooms. Both rooms were in desperate need of renovations. The bathroom floors were cracked and missing grout between tiles. Had to switch room because they couldn’t fix the tv after 3 days of not working. I got an amazing 1000 points for the inconvenience. The second room was worse but at least the tv worked. The floor of room 317 was extremely soft and had 3 holes in the subfloor. It felt like water damaged rotted the floor out and they were too cheap to fix it. I checked out of the room and gave the room keys back, but they never checked me out. I got an email a few days later saying my room appears to be vacant. Not sure how that all got settled since my employer paid for the room. Lastly, my coworkers car got broken into and it

I am a Titanium member and am familiar with all levels of Marriott hotels. This is one of the best Marriott hotels! Service from everyone was excellent and I must compliment Tiffany, the most, and she works at the front desk. She is very attentive and helpful. Tiffany was working one of the most stressful travel times, Thanksgiving week and was so pleasant even when very busy with so many customers. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast service was great. I had a 2 night, 3 day stay and will definitely come back here again. I would highly recommend this Residence Inn!
