i've been to this location several times and it's the best economy hotel in manassas imo. rooms are very clean, affordable, and surprisingly spacious (it's about the size of my old studio apartment). the mattresses are also excellent! the staff is friendly and they don't rush you out during checkout time like a lot of other hotels do. i did have one incident where i had to sanitize my credit card and id after i caught the guy at front desk picking his nose several times. the breakfast is also very nice and the hand soap smells great. 24/7 self serve coffee is also cool. cons: the quality of tv's and cable service is pretty bad. they still use analog signal which i honestly didn't even know still existed, so picture quality is pretty terrible. this also means you'll need to use tv guide t

The place was clean and neat. The issues I had were the TV was very dark. The brightness needs to be turned up so you can see it better. Both the treadmill and the elliptical machine in the gym did not work. The breakfast was lacking. The eggs were over cooked. The sausage patties were hard and dry from being over cooked. There was nothing to even put on the eggs. There was no juice as the machine was out of order.

The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast is ok and I love the drinking water, the tea variety and hot water at the lobby area. However, there is the noise of cars passing along the nearby road and also, the lady at the front desk was polite and so nice to me the Saturday night I checked in however, she didn’t give me the complete impression formation that breakfast during the week ends at 9am. Because of that, I missed breakfast on Monday which was due to the information not given to me. |Room:customer services should be improved. If a client requires towels or toothpaste, someone from the front desk or house keeping can drop it at the clients room. This has been a great hotel experience! Check in was simple and quick. Very clean and nice updated rooms. The staff was friendly. Way better than a Red Roof lol! Definitely will be staying here again! Highly recommend!

It's actually really good compared to peers. The staff was the most welcoming and accomodating ever. Rooms look nice, are clean, and designed with great attention to details. Windows are proper; comfy chair; really cool working space; nice little portable round table; plenty of outlets and usb ports; warm duvet, 5 pillows; an iron with retractable cord; tall mirror; coffee maker; a pen and a notebook; cleaning every 2-nd day Nitpicks that are likely not even hotel's fault: weak water pressure in the bathroom sink on the 3rd floor (shower pressure is fine); weak cell reception esp on the ground floor (Verizon 1 antenna bar); walls are too thin, a/c is too loud, street is not walkable, can't even cross the street.
