Hampton Inn Manassas

We stayed here due to a truck breakdown. Thankfully, this place gave us a positive experience after a very rough day. The roof was very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. Kudos to the kitchen staff!! This hotel is also within walking distance of several dood restaurants.

The hotel and hotel room were very clean. We got a room with a tub on second floor, view is no great but location is super! The only thing not properly working was the shower head. Staff is very welcoming and respectful. We will come back!

Although the accommodations and amenities were good, as usual, one of the two elevators was out of order for the three days we stayed there. Since we were on the fifth floor, and stairs are sometimes difficult, this was a problem. It is also a safety factor, in case of an emergency. The desk clerks had no idea if or when repairs would take place. One said she believed a technician had been called. Poor maintenance or a Hampton Hilton Honors Hotel. Long waits and lines.

Great Experience here! Had a suite right behind the elevator, and couldn't hear it at all! Ask for a room on the back of the hotel as it is away from the main road out front. Great breakfast, and service was wonderful.
