Hilton Garden Inn Manassas

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. They made check-in and check-out seamless and were always willing to assist with any questions. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job—my room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement is breakfast. While it was decent, I think there’s room to make it better and offer more variety. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is clean, quiet and nice. Nice outdoor area to sit by the fire-pit and has a nice view of the lake; however that area could be cleaned a little better. Would be nice if they add signage for people not to throw cigarette butts and garbage in the fire-pit and a few ash trays for the lazy folks who don’t want to get up and dispose of their waste properly. It’s insane that adults have to be reminded to pick up their dirty wineglasses and plates, which were left out overnight both days. I know it takes more labor for the staff to pick up, but maybe a final sweep of this area should be added to the night cleaning crews tasks. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location and cleanness is good. Room size is good. Facility is new. But downsize is breakfast option is very little. Not worth the money.

I had a reservation for this location through the Hilton website, not a 3rd party. They call me as I am across the street at the restaurant telling me there was an issue with my room and that it wasn't available anymore, so basically they gave it away. The women said they had been trying to get ahold of me, but I had no missed calls, no voicemails or emails trying to reach out to me. The women kept asking me if I wanted to cancel my reservation, literally multiple times. I ask if she could help me find a room somewhere else as I was traveling for work and always try to stay with Hilton. She offered no assistance and she couldn't help me. Then I received a cancelation email from Hilton stating "Late Cancelation" and that I could be charged late cancelation policy fees. Which now makes me fu

Best water pressure I've ever felt in a hotel. Very clean and great staff. Firm bed without causing pain and plenty of parking. Definitely my go to hotel in the area. Only comment is my fridge doesn't work.
