Courtyard by Marriott Manassas Battlefield Park

Really nice remodel... Staff is super friendly and efficient... Here during Christmas and hotel is pretty empty, but so is everything else around... I have no idea the condition of other local, similarly priced hotels, but very happy here and always happy with new carpeting :) this is our 3rd time here over the past 5 years and will definitely be back. If it matters, hotel is next door to Cracker Barrel and plenty of fast food within 5 min drive. Pool is kid friendly and gym has nice new equipment.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is just 18 minutes from IAD—perfect for early flights—and only 35 minutes to downtown DC(an hour during rush time). But honestly, the real gem is being 3 miles from charming Manassas downtown. The old city walk and local eateries were a delight. The recent reconstruction left everything fresh, modern, and spotless. Staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Highly recommend!

Renovation was great. Great room. Very clean and modern. If I was to add anything, they need more garbage cans as one wasn't enough. But the room itself was great with very comfortable bed and pillows.

Staff are very helpful. Lobby looks good with modern furniture. Food is tasty. . Staff goes out of their way to make it a great experience. Room was simple, but clean, nice furniture, and the beds were of good quality. Overall, definite improvement. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I travel for work constantly and typically stay in Marriott brand hotels across the United States. This particular hotel was perfect for the frequent business traveler. It’s conveniently located, but far enough away from busier roads so there’s no traffic noise. There is ample free parking in well lit parking lots and several entrances to save you from schlepping your bags all over to gain access to your hotel room. The fitness center is larger than most and well equipped. I stayed for 4 nights Monday through Thursday, the hotel was clean, quiet, and odor free. The rooms are well appointed with larger televisions, easy to use HVAC controls, and a comfortable workspace. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town (most likely next months)..
