La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manassas Va-Dulles Airport

Our check-in experience was extremely poor. When we arrived, there were individuals openly consuming drugs near the entrance, which immediately made the environment feel unsafe. Three people were loitering behind the front desk, yet no one acknowledged or greeted us. The manager was present but did not provide a professional welcome. Instead of addressing our concerns constructively, he responded defensively and stated they were not responsible for the drug activity occurring at the front door. That response was alarming, particularly given that guest safety should be a priority. Additionally, staff behavior behind the counter felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. The entire experience from the initial phone call to checkout was nothing less than perfect. Very helpful desk staff arranged for a couple of us to have rooms right next to each other (one member of our party has residual health challenges resulting from prior cancer treatments, and sometimes needs assistance -- thus the need for close proximityto each other). Very cheerful, friendly, helpful desk staff. Diamond was particularly helpful in securing our rooms & with our parking situation. Trinity was just as welcoming, cheerful and friendly when we officially checked in. As far as we can tell, the entire hotel is immaculate. More than a friendly staff, we look for cleanliness. Very conveniently located in Prince William yet close to the Fairfax boarder, this new looking property was the best we could find in the area. The room was modern, comfy mattress and pillows, overall great room (just the bathroom was a bit run down) and hardly any noise from the very busy Route 28 right in front (I was worried it was going to be noisy in the front room). Plenty of parking all around and they allow dogs. There is plenty of grassy areas to walk around with the doggies. Both at check in (4pmish) and check out (9amish) the front desk agents were very dry, did not greet with good morning or good afternoon, didn't even speak until we stood in front and asked a question, very unprofessional for that position... But we would stay again bc overall it was best in Manassas on 28.

I had a fantastic stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites! The staff was absolutely wonderful, their manager Malik and his entire team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great, and the hotel overall offers excellent value for the price. It truly provides everything you could want for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, this will be the only place I stay on my next visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-run hotel.
