WoodSpring Suites Lebanon

I’ve stayed at this location twice before (and at other WoodSpring properties) with good experiences, but this stay was a major disappointment. On the final day of my week-long stay, housekeeping banged on my door over an hour before the 11 a.m. checkout, waking me from a sound sleep before a planned 12-hour drive. When I answered and reminded them checkout wasn’t until 11, they claimed they were asking if I was staying another night, despite two housekeepers standing there with a cleaning cart. This felt like an obvious attempt to rush me out early. Shortly after, while I was in the shower, another knock came. Positive: How nice and helpful all the front desk staff are they go above and beyond for you. Negative: No morning breakfast lol

Rooms are clean and affordable. Staff is always willing to help if the room isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction. This is out of the way for downtown Lebanon, but only a short drive to most areas here. Extremely easy to get to Nashville from this location. I’d recommend this to anyone needing to stay several weeks. I haven’t been disappointed and neither will you. Thank you for the hospitality.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and so polite. I ended up having to have two separate rooms for my guests. Both of the rooms were good sizes, both rooms had pretty big bathrooms, both rooms were very clean. The other guests staying at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

I’ve had a great experience at WoodSpring Suites! Miss Shannon and the rest of the staff have been incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everyone here treats you with kindness and respect. It’s one of the nicest places I’ve stayed — great people and a great atmosphere. Thanks to Miss Shannon and the whole team for making it feel like home!
