It had its little problems. (I only got like, lukewarm water for a good 20 minutes before it got HOT water in my shower on the 3rd floor facing the highway might need to let your shower run for a bit) But other than that. Staff was incredibly sweet, patient and helpful. I spent A LOT of time studying in the lobby with my group. So I got very well acquainted with the staff. Lots of free coffee (which was SO good) and anytime said coffee machine broke or needed stuff they were quick to fix it and restock stuff. That was a LIFELINE to me and many I was taking my course with. It was only 2 minutes from bakers (time including the light). So that was really nice. 30 minutes for O&P DME. On 12/6 The night shift person had a police officer knock on our door at 11pm because of a noise complaint saying “kids were running the hallways without a parent.” I have one toddler who was asleep and woke up because the knock made the dog bark and when I went to ask the front desk why would they come to my room. She was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Not sure why the police needed to come to my room or why my room was the source... I would not recommend this hotel. The pool water was also gross and dirty. I’n the room they didn’t have any shampoo in the container and ALL the dishes were in the dishwasher.. Not sure if it’s my job to unload someone else’s dishes but it should NOT be. Carpets had stains. Very expensive compared to other local suites for the quality and experience. Do

My room was extremely clean and, quite large! The bed was luxurious with plenty of plush pillows. Very clean kitchen area with coffee pot and, accessories. The bathroom had everything needed. Pumper handwash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good selection of thick towels!

The night shift had a police officer knock on our door at 11pm causing the dog to bark and waking my 2 year old toddler up. Accusing us of “letting kids run the halls unattended.” When I went down to the front desk to ask why my room was targeted the front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I would recommend staying at a different hotel. The pool water was murky and gross. The room was out of shampoo and the dishwasher was full of dishes..not sure if it’s my job to unload someone else’s dishes but it should not be.

The rooms are a good size. Main room area along with bathroom were clean. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows. I do not normally stay in extended stay hotels, but it was nice to have the option to cook in the room should you choose to do so. Room had plenty of room, full size fridge, pots, pans, and utensils provided. Staff was very friendly, welcoming. Parking is a bit tight. Construction going on across the street makes for a dusty mess. The main road has been dug up because of construction, and is gravel. No fault of the hotel, just be warned, vehicle will get extremely dusty. You will not want to sit outside until they finish. Location is great, right off the interstate. I'd stay here again when back in town.
