the park is wonderful, and the disc golf is, too. now, i don’t play. but i did ask a few people playing, and they raved about it.
Good spot to bring friends and family to play some disc golf. Not so much mosquitoes but ticks. There is a splash pad that opens during summer near by definitely a good spot for recreation.
Wonderfully technical course. Designed by the father of disc golf back in the 70s. The tee are on good condition overall. Signage could use updating on a few holes. Typically the course is well maintained. With lots of tight drives this course rewards control over power. Overall my favorite course in the middle Tennessee area.
This is the place where I shake all the negative energy that got stuck to me some how. My place of zen...
I highly recommend trying out the disc golf course not only is it good exercise but it is good practice and you can never go wrong with a nature walk in the woods and right next door to the Frisbee golf course there is a new splash pad for the kids I'll check it out.. you never know you might see me there.... shaggy 2.0 "keep taking one step forward to see some change"..
