The room was disgusting. There was a cigarette and a used disposable razor left in the shower. And there were bugs crawling on the floor that came out from underneath the bed. The room had a very funky smell as well. I reserved the room for two nights, but only stayed for one because of the condition of the room. I would not have even stayed the one night, but I was completely exhausted and just needed somewhere to sleep.

The room was in good condition — everything was clean, and I didn’t see any bugs or anything like that. The price was great, too. The front desk representative (the lady with short hair) was very nice and welcoming. Now, here’s where things went wrong: breakfast didn’t exist at all, and the coffee was terrible — just being honest. But the biggest issue I had was with one of the housekeepers. A male housekeeper, looked Indian, opened my door before 10 a.m. for no reason whatsoever. I work night shift, so I had come back and gone to sleep after work. I didn’t even realize someone had opened my door until I got up and went to the shower and saw the safety latch had been pushed outward — I always leave it secured. Bed bugs. Yeah, it's true. I woke up to one crawling on my hand. Killed it, luckily. Then I promptly packed up my stuff and went up to the front desk. They said they didn't have another room for me to go to so I waited for another room to open up. It was during that wait that I heard the employee at the front desk complaining about how many calls they were getting about people requesting refunds for their own bugs in their rooms (though one guy was refusing to leave that supposedly infested room, which was weird. Why would you ask for a refund for bed bugs but then still stay in the room?). Regardless, all they could do was refund me for the days I didn't stay there. It's something, I guess, but not exactly good either. So DO NOT come here. They have had bed bugs constantly and nothing ha

We got this for a decent price and location was great. Very convenient for pretty much everything. But we stayed 8 days and our room didn't get serviced, we had to go get new towels and toilet paper. We walked into the room and it reeked of cigarettes. We finally found an old butt in our A/C day 4! The room was a bit run-down, and the mattresses need to be replaced. But overall, it was a safe place to sleep for the week. The interaction with staff was pleasant as well.

Need to reevaluate your rooms. People have been smoking in the non smoking rooms. They did give us a new room but tried to argue they gave us a non smoking. Just because it is labeled non smoking doesn’t mean people haven’t. Per previous reviews I then looked at I am not the only person to make this comment.
