Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon

My coworkers and I frequently stay here on business trips, and we have never had a bad experience. The rooms and hotel in general are very clean, and the amenities are very nice. The dining room is large and there are many communal spaces available to gather or work. Our favorite part of this hotel is the staff, though. They are always extremely kind and flexible to whatever we need. We often have nice conversations and joke around with them as well. The staff is what keeps us coming back! Thank you to the Lebanon Fairfield team for always providing an exceptional experience!

The hotel is new and decorated beautifully. The pool and fitness room were clean. It was odd for the pool to be outside in a newer hotel, but it was nice, water a bit chilly. The mattresses were our only negative about the room. They seemed to be more cot-like and uncomfortable. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice in the morning, well before checkout time, asking if we were leaving. We found that to be odd. We were happy to see self serve coffee and water in the lobby, return to normal. Breakfast was nice; waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels and various fruit and cereals. A very nice hotel.

Pretty much a typical 10-15 year old small town Fairfield. Staff was really friendly. Property was clean and in good condition. ||Lots and lots of road noise from I40 if you’re on the wrong side of the building. The property is really close to the highway. ||There were many cars broken into one night during our stay at not just this property but multiple other properties in the vicinity and friends that were victims were told this isn’t really uncommon by local police. Bring your valuables inside.

My boyfriend and I are regular guests here when we venture to Nashville for concerts. The customer service is always great, BUT- I would like to give some extra appreciation for Leon. He is so welcoming, friendly, approachable, and fun. What a GREAT human to represent this hotel! The rooms are always pristine, quiet, minimal road noise, and comfy. Thank the whole staff for providing such a beautiful atmosphere and top notch service.

Great service from the front desk people. Very polite and friendly. The breakfast attendant was a super nice guy. Room was spotless, nice an quiet place. Only issue i had was street lights from interstate were to bright. Not the hotels fault at all but very hard to block out the lights
