Hampton Inn & Suites Lebanon

I was very disappointed with the overall condition of this hotel, especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member, where I typically expect a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The experience started with the elevators, which were visibly dirty. When I got off on the 4th floor, it was immediately clear that the hallways were in terrible shape—ripped and torn carpet with missing sections, obvious holes in the walls that had been poorly patched, and a dark, dingy atmosphere overall.||Getting into the room using the digital key was actually the one positive part of the stay. It worked easily and seamlessly, which is rare in my experience. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The room itself was extremely dated and worn. The walls were covered in large scuff marks and dirt,

The staff was great. We found mold in the bathroom. The furniture is dated and beat up. The whole hotel needs updating. According to the front desk, the owners don't listen to the complaints and don't see any need to make the necessary upgrades and repairs.

My family and I had to stay here during the winter storm and I wanted to take a minute and applaud the work that the team did. The front desk had us checked-in quickly despite having to run several areas at once. They also happily addressed our request for more towels despite being so-obviously busy. On the following morning, the breakfast crew was extremely helpful and understanding when my toddler decided to pour all of his cereal on the ground. The team there was a welcome relief during such a stressful time.

Positive: While a bit dated, the room was clean and although we did not need it on this stay, the pull out couch was a nice add on. The price point was right. Negative: ""

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The sheets looked like they were the size of a full bed on a king bed. Unexceptionable 🙄 The couch must be fifty years old. Worn out, uncomfortable, and stains all over it. The bathtub has been Recaulked and it looks like a kindergarten did it. The phones don’t work. The heat and air thermostat had a handwritten sign taped to it that said please use air or emergency heat only. Which equated to emergency heat: it brings the room to temperature and then blows cold air and you have to raise the temperature and then it blows cold air. Unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again for free. They had two employees that worked early shift that were kind. The rest were too busy cutting up with their friends to be bothered. It’s s
