Well first off the GM was a very nice person, The assistant manager goes above and beyond for people. The room I stayed in was clean smelled good and when I needed to exchange my towels and bedding I took it down and the front desk attendant Sheena was very nice and amazing. The house keeper Sara and Emily are both amazing they both helped with what I needed. Sara came in and clean my room she was a very amazing person. This hotel is clean and I would send people to stay there. Everyone at the hotel is amazing they both helped staff is very friendly

Booked a room on Booking.com late after a night out, to get some sleep before traveling back home in the morning. The front desk guy saw my reservation confirmation, gave us a key. Went to the room up two floors. Key didn’t work, we came back down and had to call on the 1970s hall phone for him to reappear, he “re programmed “ it, we went back upstairs, still didn’t work… he reprogrammed it again… STILL didn’t work. So when we went back down we asked him if he could come with us… he let us in the room and there was a man sleeping in the bed and we scared the life out of him!! |And all the front desk guy said was “ oh, yeah we actually don’t have any rooms available “ and we aren’t supposed to take reservations that late. We were pleased with almost everything during our stay. Everyone was friendly and our check in and out went perfect. Room was clean and well equiped. Our only complaint is our room was never made up and we never received clean towels. We didn't really mind that the room wasn't made up but the fact you didn't supply clean towels was a Big disappointment. Mentioned it when we were checking out and she told us we were in an extended stay unit so they don't supply towels each. I can't understand why you would not supply clean towels even if you don't make up the room. Everyone wants clean towels each day. I wasn't aware of this when we booked the room. I would suggest you at least tell people this is your policy. This is the only reason I would hesitate to recommend your establishment. [Revi

I came here on a trip to see my family for Thanksgiving and decided to stay at this Hotel they were extremely rude to begin with the rooms have no TV service (which I was not informed about before paying ) and smelled awful like Cat pee or wet dog zero out of 10 stars I would never recommend a place like this to my friends or family I got cussed out by the front desk worker for asking for my money back because I am not staying there and they refuse to refund my money. And they refuse to give me the manager’s phone number and refuse to help me whatsoever.

Jeff the manager is very kind and hospitable and Shanna the worker is very friendly and she goes out of her way to help in any way she can. They go above and beyond to accommodate you in any way possible. They make you feel welcome and like family instead of just a guest. I recommend this extended stay hotel for anyone. The rooms are clean and have a full kitchen. The housekeepers are sweet ladies, very trustworthy and do a great job and will get you anything you need.
