Red Roof Inn Johnson City

Rm 201. No internet on 4 devices for the entire stay(in 5PM-6AM). Cracked toilet top. Front desk would not help with loud fighting 'guests' at 2AM. Would not help with loud music at 3AM. Ill spend $20 more and stay somewhere better next time through.

The rooms were so clean! The lady at the front desk was one of the nicest people I've ever met. My granddaughter is at etsu and I will book with them again. Thank you! I would like a coffee maker in the rooms. My only complaint

Positive: Cleanliness, friendly, helpful Negative: No, just a cheaper weekly rate. We always have to leave that hotel and go stay at another one when we want to stay weekly and we would rather stay there

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, a number within walking distance. It seemed like a safe area. Room was very clean, all employees very nice and helpful. I stayed in room 119 and the bed was very uncomfortable (lumpy). They seem to take pride in this location and are making some improvements. I’m assuming mattress replacements are on their to do list but just wanted to let them know about the bed in that room. The bed is the only reason I took off 1 star. I would definitely stay there again if back in that area.

Honestly the nicest red roof I've ever seen. Rooms were really clean, the staff was nice, and the location was great. It's right next to several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
