Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Johnson City

@Jan.2026 The staffs were nice and the room was clean. There is microwave, small fridge, dryer, pretty much everything what’s need. If coffee in entrance lobby is filled it would be better. All time except breakfast it was always empty.

My daughter and I were traveling and needed a rest stop, so we chose the Fairfield based on location, price, what we were hoping would feel like a clean and safe hotel for the night. It exceeded my expectations! This hotel has been renovated and it showed. Our room was lovely, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very nice, good sized, and provided Paul Mitchell toiletries! Breakfast was average to above average, it was decent and got our next day of travel off to a great start. Bonus, we were able to eat at a neighboring restaurant that was within walking distance from the hotel, upon our arrival! I would certainly highly recommend this Fairfield Inn & Suites!

First off, let me say Gabe the manager made this a memorable stay! Got a room overlooking a pasture with cows included. This place was spotless, safe and quiet. Had a great nights rest! Breakfast was pretty standard for a Fairfield. It will be added to my favorites list.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean, which made the stay comfortable, and the front desk staff was warm and friendly from check-in onward. Highly recommend.

I would like to give a "shout-out" to Letivia & Pam! Their customer service abilities are above and beyond expectations! What wonderful employees! Marriott must be proud of these two! Letivia was so friendly and kind. When my family had a late night and came down for breakfast within minutes of the breakfast closing, she made sure we got what we needed as she was quickly and efficiently doing her job. Incredible! She didn't make us feel pushed out. She made us feel welcome. Amazingly, she was still able to clean up within minutes. As I have a background and degree in business, I can tell that she would be even more valuable in management. She is a rare find, for sure! Pam, at the front desk was also very friendly and prompt with what we needed. Her professionalism left nothing to be desire
