Probably the worst hotel I've been to. Not because it's dirty or gross or something doesn't work, but because of what happened to me personally. When we checked in, me and my mom had two separate rooms. I had two cats and my mom had a dog. When we said we have two cats, the lady at the front desk didn't bat an eye. She said it was fine... however, a week later when the room service came to clean, the lady who was going to clean my room with the cats in it said that cats aren't allowed at the hotel and that "they will have to be removed from the hotel immediately" The reason why they don't allow cats is because of "allergies" but come on, this is a public space. If every hotel kept "allergies" in mind there wouldn't be any pet friendly hotels. What's confusing is that they only allow dogs.
First visit. The location is fairly new and is pristine condition. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, rooms are beautiful. There are some minor things I would change, the tub is very slippery with no mat or anything to grip your feet on, what looks like a smoke detector directly over the bed on the ceiling with a blinking green light is a very poor location choice. The wall air conditioner control right beside a bed down low that clicks off and on all night as the air turns off and on is another poor location choice. The worst is there were lots of construction people staying at the hotel and were very loud, going up and down the hallways banging on their buddies doors like gorillas. Also, whoever was in the room directly above me sounded like they were performing wrestlemania for at
Since the facility is SO new, it is very clean. The staff was wonderful and the location is great. IF you are coming for an 'extended' stay, bring a friend to open doors for you - or leave some items at home. The Wyndham completely forgot that regular folks do not have 3 arms, they seriously need 2 sets of automatic doors as you 'try' to enter the building. Be prepared. There are NO amenities other than an additional roll of toilet tissue. The emptiness of every cabinet is a bit breath-taking, but my room was CLEAN. No tissues (don't sneeze), no paper towels, no 'hand towels'. There are beverage vending machines. I could not locate an ice machine. And I think there is only 1 elevator... Plan to stop and pick up items - or better yet, go out after you bring in your initial load. *Re
We traveled to the area for work. Most hotels in the area we were staying in were mold or roach infested. So we decided to stay here because we seen it was newer. It was clean. But the rooms were so small and cramped for a two person extended stay which we were here for 2 weeks. There's no table on one side of the bed. No bathtub just a shower. And we were unable to get the stove top to work. There is a laundry room available with several washers and dryers. But there is no folding table in the laundry room. Also the side exit doors on the side we stayed on were unable to be opened from the outside the entire two week stay. We tried to prop open the door and had somebody go close it while we stood outside. Which we felt was very rude. The housekeeper I ran into was friendly and hel
Unfortunately, we stayed here for a week. It was a very uncomfortable stay overall. The hallways smelled way too strong of cleaners, to the point you almost have to hold your breath. It’s ridiculous that they do not consider many people have allergies to scents. The stairwells smell so strong of rubber as well. The front desk also uses some extremely strong scent air fresheners where it’s hard to stand there and check in. Staff of the place multiple times a day smoke cigarettes in a large group blocking the doorways. Many people cannot be around secondhand smoke due to medical conditions. It’s overall so inconsiderate and unprofessional. When I cannot even walk in the door without inhaling cigarette smoke, there is a huge problem. It was ridiculous. We had issues with our door which has to
