The place is an authentic gem. You get "Grand Budapest Hotel" vibes as soon as you approach the driveway, and it only gets better. The architecture and the MCM furniture is beautiful, the bar is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The only defect is that the bed felt very loose - probably it's a period piece too! 😂

Positive: It had a Victorian Era vibe. The staff was helpful and professional. Negative: Rooms were a bit dated but very clean.

Fantastic stay! Had to call a couple times before arriving and even everyone on the phone was great. Customer service top notch. Nice room too. And restaurant and spa were amazing as well. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed the night before graduation in a King Room number 318. The lobby and common areas are stunning and take you back to a bygone era. The staff are incredibly wonderful and happy to share the history of the hotel and aspects of the design. ||The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed with a TV, full sized pull out sofa, and desk. The bathroom had a double vanity with excellent shower products, a soaking tub, and a walk in shower. The mattress was incredibly soft and I slept like a baby the night before graduation. The rooms have a lot of beautiful character but aspects, such as the ceiling having paint flaking and cracks, has the hotel showing her age. I'd love to see the rooms get a bit more TLC as far as touching up some aging aspects. I wish I had snapped a few ph
