Comfort Suites Johnson City near University

The room was clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast buffet was really good with many choices. My grandson did complain about the milk not being whole milk instead of skim milk. LOL We have stayed there twice now on our trip to Kentucky and it has always been nice.

The room itself was lovely and spacious. Unfortunately our bathroom was not the cleanest and had long black hairs in/on some of the towels and in the shower. The hair dryer didn’t work either. The provided breakfast was nice. The fitness center was also rather small and didn’t have a treadmill.

Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Room was not serviced although I specifically asked for them to change linens and do other normally expected things like replenish towels and make the beds. This request was required, not assumed to be the default, and it was not for environmental reasons, or at least that was never mentioned. The reason given was that "fifty people checked out yesterday." If that was a surprise to the staff, no wonder. One miniature soap disk does not last three days for two people. It was never replaced unless we went down to the desk to ask for it. Breakfast foods ran out 45 minutes early, including coffee. Someone's dirty sock remained on the floor under the window of our room for our whole three-day stay. Keys didn't work. Locks moved around on the door. Staf

Since they don't clean rooms anymore unless asked. We still need towels and they didn't want to give them. Also for 3 days and nights all you could smell in the hall was "Pot" that someone was smoking in the room next to us and was also making our room smell. We had stayed there 2 years before and it was great but the Hotel has gone down hill since. There was mold in the shower and all the light was to dim.

If i could give this stay a negative stars it would have to be atleast -5 this was the WORST room i have ever stayed in and ive stayed alot of places. To start with the one running the front desk had no clue of what he was doing he had to call for help on the phone which took almost 30 mintues or longer to even pay for something we booked online , the floors all the way to the room was nasty , the floors in the rooms was disgusting we had stained up dirty towels, no wash cloths, the toliet over flowed first time flushing it so the floor was flooded, we called front deak he acted dumb as hell and i told him he needed to get up there and fix the problem...well he didnt he brought us a plunger to do it ourselves and acted stupid when we told him the floor was flooded and he needed to clean i
