WoodSpring Suites El Paso I-10 Southeast

I really love all the changes that are happening here at WoodSprings, I feel safe and most importantly I am extremely comfortable. The staff are amazing at keeping everything clean and organized, anything that I need there always there to help. Management is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful at all times, she’s always asking if there’s anything she can do for me, maintenance staff are always busy at keeping up with what needs to be fixed, I am getting what I am paying for and I love it. Looking forward to new & better changes. Thank You Wood Springs for making it a great home for me

Positive: The staff was amazing in helping me. Negative: Yes, first room the sink wouldn’t stop running. The 2nd room had no towels for the guests and when I asked she said they didn’t have any extra and having problems. Had to go by some for me to use while staying there

Long story short, I checked in, everything was situated. Then i realized I didnt have my driver's license. I called the front desk to see if they had it snd they did which, in my opinion, was bizarre. Then checked out the next morning. No issues...till this morning. I received an email stating I NEVERZ checked in therefore my reservation was canceled. And yet, I was still charged. I already spoke with booking.com and they're reporting the hotel and according to booking they will be making sure I get my money back. I honestly believe this was personal in some way. Except it makes no sense to me because I dont know amy of the workers. The fact that they're trying to me over is pathetic and petty. I want my money back.

The wonderful customer service that I have experienced here makes Woodsprings THE BEST hotel by far! Nicole, the manager will do and dies everything to make sure everyone is happy and to make Woodsprings better. Crystal and Sarah go out if their way to not only make sure my stay is comfortable but that my experience is no different than being at home. You do not find people like this anywhere I assure you. All the staff are awesome including the maintenance team, but I don't know their names to mention.

My husband and I relocated from New Mexico to build a better life for our family, and this hotel has been a true blessing during our transition. We originally found it on Expedia because of the great weekly rates, but we quickly realized it offers so much more than affordability. The rooms are very clean, the property is quiet, and having a full kitchen in the room has made it easy for us to cook and save money. The beds are comfortable, parking is easy, and check-in was fast and simple. What really made the difference for us is the staff. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, but manager Nicole deserves sp
