Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso West

First of all, great people and service. Shuttle picked us up from airport, which is a hike, driver was personable and like a tour guide. Breakfast, woman made us waffles and found some syrup to make chocolate milk. Room was comfortable.

If there had been no construction, then this hotel would have been a great place for easy access off and on the freeway. As it currently stands, at night this is a nightmare to try to reach an entrance way. Calling them, they gave very good directions. The rooms are huge and so is the bathroom. Curtains could not be completely closed so there is light leakage all night long. The breakfast had many wonderful items to indulge in.

We stay at many hotels while traveling w/ our Race Team. We have stayed here twice and this is the top of the list of hotels. The Front Desk Staff, Damian and Isaiah are soooo accommodating and sweet. When I made our reservation this year, Damian even went as far as to ask if we wanted the same room we stayed in last year. The breakfasts are excellent. Entire Hotel is clean, including the halls, elevators, entry way etc... The heating in the room is stable and very quiet. Linens are very nice. Beds are comfy. We will be back!

Positive: Fresh renovation. Negative: Loud music at 4am.

All good as far as the rooms, staff and location. I must be turning into a picky eater when it comes to breakfast, but there are options so that's on me. The only thing I wished they had was a guest laundry. Other than that, I would never hesitate to stay here again.
