SpringHill Suites by Marriott El Paso

Great location off the freeway and great morning breakfast. But, the room was super cool and we weren't able to adjust the temperature. When asked for additional blankets no one was available to bring them to the room. The microwave was broken and we were told that the only way to get another one was to change rooms 🤔🤨.

Good location, rooms are very spacious (I loved having a kitchenette) the only bad thing is that the carpet by the bathroom was very dirty. Also the bathroom sink had toothpaste from the previous guests, mirrors were also dirty. Breakfast was great! (Buffet style) I love the waffle maker that had the shape of the state of Texas. I would stay here again.

We stayed here on two different nights and two different rooms. It’s a great place to rest your head. Neither of us complained of back pain from the beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast (and that’s from someone that doesn’t normally like hotel breakfasts)

This hotel is a solid choice for travelers on the go. Its location near local businesses, restaurants, and easy access to I-10 made my stay in El Paso seamless. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable for a hotel in this price range. No issues during my stay. Just a smooth, hassle free experience.

I recently had a very disappointing stay at Spring Hill Suites, and I feel compelled to share my experience. We reserved two rooms for our family, but upon entering one of them, we were appalled to find dirty clothes, including underwear, left on the bed, along with an empty shampoo bottle. When we brought this to the attention of the receptionist on duty, her response was to simply suggest we move the dirty clothes to the side—no offer of a new room or any kind of resolution was provided. To make matters worse, the manager was unavailable at that time, and when we checked out the next morning, the manager still hadn’t shown up. We were forced to stay in a filthy room, which was particularly distressing given we had two kids aged 10 and 11 with us. The other room wasn't much better eithe
