Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, attractive, and convenient. The bedroom is very small, but nicely designed so you don't feel cramped. I didn't try the massage chairs in the meditation room, but would have done so if I had more time. The breakfast was ample. I was disappointed that the fitness center wasn't onsite. After a long day of driving I wasn't inclined to go out again just to work out. I would definitely return if I was on another road trip through the area.

This is a nice and clean hotel. The rooms are studio sized but worked fine for a night and everything in the room worked. The only downside was that traffic became loud starting around 6am even with the constant fan on the AC on. Our bathroom fan started clanking in the morning, too, even though it was off. People also kept the luggage carts in their room so we had to make multiple trips to get our stuff. I appreciate that they allow cats (thank you!) but wish the pet fee wasn’t so high.

Very happy with the two nights stay here. Goods: decent breakfast, free soda, good service from reception and house keeping, consistent hot water. Bads: window is not sound proofed. We can hear the loud car outside. We got earplugs from the reception so we are good

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and presentable. Large bathroom, different type of layout for a room. Small lamp for desk, thus have to use overhead light for better seeing if doing any paperwork etc on desk. Not a fan of purified water for reward members but they do have an alternative drink w/soda fountain right there. More of a trendier type hotel. When ya think there isn't enough parking out front or side because of where it's located. There is a back lot to park in as well which only had 3 vehicles in it when I parked back there. Good hot breakfast and very close to the airport even though I didn't heard any takeoffs or landings.
