Stanton House | El Paso Downtown

Hotel is really nice. Beautiful in fact. But the room has no privacy unless you want to watch your spouse on the toilet. bathroom is just completely open to the room. I shouldn’t be able to make eye contact with others while sitting on the toilet. Couldn’t connect the phone to the tv. Bed was very comfy.

We book this room on a whim so that we could have a quite night after drinking. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room was relatively quite considering the location with a busy street in front and a lot of bars nearby. The prices are as I would expect for the rooms, hotel design and amenities. Onsite bar served good drinks. There is a restaurant, spa, and a speakeasy. Valet parking available if you want that.

This hotel is not only the best in ELP, but arguably one of the best hotels I’ve continued to stay at throughout the entire U.S. The prices are more than fair, the rooms are beautiful / modern, and the customer service is consistently fantastic. Brandon and Alejandro (front desk) are particularly wonderful, and have helped me with everything from room changes to meal service in a timely and respectful manner. This hotel’s location is perfect (lots of restaurants, night life, and shops nearby), and despite being downtown, driving in and out is still very convenient. If you ever need a nice place to stay in ELP, Stanton House is a 10/10!

Awesome experience. Great room with exceptionally comfortable mattress and bedding. The customer service was remarkable. Friendly, quick, efficient. Enjoyed the quick breakfast we were able to order. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Bini followed up via email regarding a question we had. Highly recommend staying here.

OMGOODNESS I have traveled over 8 hours checked into our room… the noise level is a 10 from the bar downstairs. It’s 5 pm in the afternoon. Calling front desk don’t help. They said “it usually dies down at after 11pm”. WTH if I had not paid so much I would have left. But no. This place is not for rest nor does the staff care. If you need a place to have a drink, relax.. get a goodnights rest… don’t stay here. Ohhh and no iron, just a steam iron with no place to steam unless you steam the bed as well. Not a fan
