What a great place to stay! Not fancy, but simply perfect! The staff!!!!! Oh my goodness!! We were needing to print an important document and they were SUPER kind and helpful!!! We’ve found our place to stay when traveling thru El Paso. Great location, EASY EASY access!!! Loved everything about it!!

There was a gun discharge in the hallway during my sleep!!! The hotel is new and looks modern, but unfortunately my overall experience was not pleasant. At check-in, the front desk employee was not rude, but extremely indifferent and unwelcoming, the rest of the staff was more friendly. The hotel’s newness helps its appearance, and at first glance the room did not look dirty; however, I found long hairs on the floor that were clearly not mine. The floor also had an unpleasant color and smell, as if it had been mopped with dirty water or a dirty mop. I also saw several staff members doing very good and detailed deep cleaning to halls, walls and elevators. Room size is smaller than average for the city, though acceptable for a quick one- or two-night stay for no more than two people. The

The last time i stayed at the El Paso location, the front desk was unaware of CLC policy and guidelines governing Commercial Truck Drivers. It seems they may have retrained their staff. This stay was excellent.

Brand new hotel, very clean and bright. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, real bacon bits, and potatoes, along with continental options. The rooms had no carpet which I appreciate and everything looked clean and tidy. Would definitely return and recommend. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Despite being close to highway it was very quiet.

Beds n bed pillow covers so relaxing n comfortable. Just started get cold. Room heater works great. Lite breakfast n coffee grinds beans to make a great cup 24 hrs. Customer desk very friendly.
