Good experience. Clean rooms, breakfast was decent. Only had two issues. 1. king size bed comes with only two pillows. Not a big deal as you can request more. 2. The washers and dryers aren't great. The dryers struggle to dry clothes. Took almost 5 hours to wash and dry two loads of laundry. Other then that it's not a bad stay at all. Within walking distance to great food and bars.

This location is SCAM. We had a group of 10 engineers surveying sites in El paso for a global company and we contacted the hotel for a week’s stay in June. We were referred to a Renee and she offered a “great deal”. I asked her to call me in the morning so I can coordinate with my team. She didn’t call back, and some Luz girl called 4 days later saying that the deal was only for groups of 12 or more. Then she quoted me a price with a “new” deal it was the same as Renee’s days before. Both sounded extremely unprofessional, especially Renee. AVOID HER. She is RUDE, like you have no other hotel choice. We only took the “deal” as we had already coordinated, and members were already flying in. SCAM 1. This hotel is clean, modern, very well maintained with friendly staff. Large clean comfortable rooms. Nice bed and pillow situation, which brings forth one of my two complaints. There are only two pillows on the bed. They are good pillows but I’d suggest you bring your own if you need more than 1 per person or ask at the desk. The second complaint is strictly the noise coming from the major highway right beside the hotel. The large window has poor sound proofing, and you will be hearing the high volume of traffic outside at night and early morning. This hotel has the BEST free breakfast. Real scrambled eggs, really perfect biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, soda fountain, juice fountain, milk, water and big coffee spread. They spared no expense. And I loved it. This place is dirty. Our beds had stains and the carpets had stains as well. None of the entrances lock anyone could walk into this hotel. Anita Volf and Sarah McMillan are very rude managers. I tried to get a hold of Andrea there general manager and he never contacted me. Very rude management. If you want to be treated with kindness go to the holiday inn next door!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in. We were greeted when we returned after our evening out. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast offered traditional eggs, bacon, sausage, and a yogurt bar with fruits, granola, and other fixings. There was a waffle machine available (we did not use it, though) and a toaster for your bread/bagel. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the coffee was good. It was easy to get to the hotel from the freeway, and it was nice that there was a traffic light right at the end of one exit from the property that allowed for easy access to the freeway in either direction. You don't have to worry about waiting for a "hole in the traffic" to exit the property. We felt safe parking our truck in the well-lit parking lot, and we also felt safe return
