Well, I cannot say much on the accommodations of the room or the service past the front office face to face with Tonia, as she screwed us over before getting into any room. Look, integrity goes A LONG WAYS with my wife and I, but either Tonia lacks much of this or simply cannot or doesn't care to use it. Maybe its just with certain people for her?!?!? However, a lack of integrity is a LACK of integrity simply put Tonia. You promised my wife and room three days prior to this past Saturday after the bathroom floor was retiled or relaminated as you stated. Whichever! My wife calls you Saturday evening to check on things since you never called her as you promised. You then tell her you already gave the room to another. What the heck gives with this low blow?!?!? Tonia is amazing she takes really good care of everybody especially the older people. I have never felt more safe than I do here. Tonia and her husband have became more like family to us.

Room was a Lil smaller than I recall but compared to before id recommend this place to anyone cable wifi lights water and if needed supplied with towels rugs trashcan cleaning stuff. Toynia the manager was absolutely amazing and you will not find anyone that is as friendly and sincerely cares like she does. The price was great and everything else made it perfect for my needs. Thank you!!

I just like to give a big thanks to Tonya, she was a big help. We have been here since April 1st and just a few days ago we started having trouble with the plumbing in the bathroom in our room so Tonya put us into another room, and helped move us. I can't thank her enough, she went above and beyond to help us out thank you so much Tonya.

Tonia is hands down the best landlady , we honestly didn’t expect much when we moved in , we were coming out of a bad situation BUT Tonia was so welcoming and made us feel safe and comfortable very quickly. She truly cares about her property and her people. She helped us with resources to get back on our feet and went above and beyond to make us feel at home . We had Great neighbors and will miss Ms. Tonia now that we have our own place , but we couldn’t be happier and are very grateful to Tonia and family for making us feel safe and welcomed while we got back on our feet .
