I booked this property on the phone last Saturday night. Arrived on time to.find. I had not booked a downstairs room in the back. I was offered an upstairs room in the front which I could not and did not use. I was billed 93 dollars for unused room Desk staff pleasant suggested I had booked with third party vendor and there. was nothing they could do for me. The property is pet friendly for a fee.

I used chat GPT and grok AI to search for hotels with a pool. This one popped up as one that had a pool. But it did not have a pool the pool has been shut down for 4 years. So don't trust AI when it comes to certain details. Paid $72 for the room but I believe it's worth $40 at best. Both beds have stained sheets/pillow cases/blankets, holes in the sheets, and leftover hair. The beds are visibly sunk which means they are worn out. The shower is chipped in several places to the point it looks filthy. The sink drains very slowly. Booking was slow because apparently their internet doesn't work very well. But the lady was nice and wanted to make sure she did her best to make me happy. I suppose this IS a two-star hotel and I would warn anyone looking for a decent place to stay probably go else

Came here due to being displaced from winter storm. The guy who checked me in was nice but after that everything went downhill. Was told there was wifi, there was not. Had to use my hotspot to work. Only two lights in room worked, one in bathroom and one by the bed. Room smelled awful and hair was in both beds. Water was shut off without telling us either and when asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience, the front desk lady was VERY hateful saying it wasn’t her problem and she wasn’t going to do anything. Decided to stay elsewhere instead of this terrible place the next few days and got a much better experience. Spend the extra $20 or so and go elsewhere!

Since the management wanted a few sentences for my review I’ll add them. From the moment I arrive the place was absolutely horrid. No running water until 10pm at night. I found multiple hairs in the bed and food crumbs not cleaned. And to top it off cockroach’s in the bathroom and under the bed. I promptly left and found better accommodations
